Terms of Use
Last updated: October 5, 2026
1. The app
Luna is an app for macOS published by Higor Alves. It is in closed beta: it is offered to invited testers, may change without notice, and may contain bugs. By using Luna, you accept these terms.
2. Your keys and third-party services
Luna works with services you connect yourself (Anthropic, GitHub, Vercel). You are responsible for your accounts, your keys, complying with those services' terms, and any costs they charge you, for example Anthropic API usage, which is billed by Anthropic.
3. Claude Code
Luna can show and answer Claude Code permission requests. Approving a request from the notch has the same effect as approving it in your terminal: you remain responsible for what you allow Claude Code to do.
4. No warranty
Luna is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, the publisher is not liable for any damage arising from its use, including data loss, unexpected actions approved through the app, or charges from third-party services. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.
5. Trademarks
Claude and Claude Code are trademarks of Anthropic, PBC. Mac, macOS and MacBook are trademarks of Apple Inc. GitHub and Vercel are trademarks of their respective owners. Luna is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by any of them.
6. Changes and termination
These terms may be updated; the new version will be published here with a new date. You can stop using Luna at any time by deleting it.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by [governing law: to be added before launch], without prejudice to the mandatory rules of the country where you live.
